Bartko Recipient and Elizabeth Brandimarti Support Awardee is licensed by the states of PA, GA, & NC; Member of PBA, Professional Beauty Association; Certified by PAPSA, PA Association of Private School Administrators; and by PA Department of Human Services, Personal Care Service Administrators.
